For over 30 years, ESI has helped Individuals, RIAs and Broker Dealers achieve their career aspirations and hiring goals. This site is dedicated to helping seasoned individuals in the institutional market place that have found themselves 'on the beach'.
We founded this service after fielding countless calls from sales traders, investment bankers, analysts, traders, etc. both buy and sell side, fixed income and equity; many who have been let go or downsized after 10, 20 or 30 years.
